HEY! LET'S WATCH OUR LIP NOW! Isn't there something about swearing in the TOS?
------------------
The Point Forums, one of the largest Cedar Point forums websites! ReOpening February 1st, 2003 (Click my web site above for more information!)
The key to this being fake is the @ symbol. Observe:
http://www.microsoft.com:serverinfo&userid=number&ip=@208.249.120.214
You can basically put whatever you want in front of the @ symbol. It's technically used as a username and password (format is http ://username:password@blah.com), if I remember correctly, when accessing the web page. But since normal web pages don't care about the username in the address, well... you see the result. Do note that a / is not permitted in that section. Hence, the use of the : in my example.
The username:password scenario is mainly used when accessing ftp sites via your web browser.

[Edit] - If you go to the IP by itself, it takes you to a "fake news" generator. Whoopie, just what I always wanted. :P
