I was at the game this weekend and I must say Penn State played extremely well. I'm a big OSU fan but Penn State always gives us a great game and they sure scared Buckeye nation during the first half!! I think if it would have kept raining for the second half the outcome could have been much, much different!! Let's all hope Joe Pa recovers quickly!!
Looks like the station is moving along with all the foundation walls being poured. Should be interesting to see how the queue evolves on this ride. 2007 sure will be fun with all the excitement that will now be in the back of the park!! Makes me wonder if we're in store for more additions in this area...
That would make sense... They'd be able to act as both a trim and a launch, depending on the speed of the train.

Ya'll can just move aside cuz Big Blue is coming through. Michigan WILL beat the overrated, overhyped Ohio State this year, just like they did to Notre Dame.
Oh, and the Detroit Tigers are officially in the playoffs for the first time in 19 years!
As for the professional football team in Detroit, well, we shall not speak of them.
Great pics of course.

So who else thinks there are LIM mounting brackets on the top of that pond hill and not side mounted magnetic brakes as we originally thought?
Well first off theyre LSM's:).......but yeah I too have been wondering about that. There's LSM mounts on the brake section before the launch as well and I dont see how brakes (like the ones shown in the videos) would attatch to them.

I've been waiting for this update for sooooooo long.... Great pictures Doug
Couldn't have been more than a week. :) If you think that's a long time between updates, wait until the season is over. After the season is over, the Maverick site will have to suffice. That is unless Walt gets the opportunity to cruise the site occasionaly.
