In This picture http://www.pointpixels.com/4images/details.php?image_id=7902 If this was going to be a drop for a bunny hill wouldnt the top piece be curving down at the top like in this picture. http://www.rcdb.com/ig699.htm?picture=1 .Just an idea.
No, because they can always just add another piece to that that curves down. It may just be a large bunny hill. *** Edited 8/19/2006 6:39:25 PM UTC by davey420***
What happened to the rumored announcement of the ride that was supposed to be today? Guess that person was full of it

I believe its going to be a loop because of the supports that are around the area
Sigh...
It curves up, then goes straight. It's not going to be a loop.
Not to mention, the crest of a hill is sitting on the ground right next to the incline, ready to be put up.
And if you turn the "crest of the hill" upside down, its not the "Crest of the Loop". And those "Y" supports cound be there to hold up a loop. Or then again also hold up the hill. I guess we will have to wait till next week to see if they put that part in place. But yea, I agree that its jut going to be a mere bunny hill. *** Edited 8/19/2006 7:46:47 PM UTC by BGRooDoG***

Well, I don't know if there will be an announcement today, but I did see a guy (bryan edwards I think) and a man with a video camera on perimeter road near the "bunny hill" checking it out. Shortly there after, they were near the construction entrance, where it appeared as if Bryan was being recorded. I have pictures and will be sending them to Walt soon.

I think it's just a bunny hop too,
But a loop or a Zero G Roll would be nice:)

That looks like a definate possibility. It matches up with the supports perfectly. But is there a piece of track like that on site?

I must have missed that thread Doug. That's probably what it was. Thanks :)

Well it was just a thought, but It would be nice if they put that kind of ZGR there. However judging by the piece of track that is laying by the "V" supports it looks like it will probably just be a plain ole bunny hill. Sorry to get any hopes up this picture proves the ZGR wrong, http://cedarpoint.com/_cpcam/cp2007.jpg?time=Sat%20Aug%2019%202006%2015:41:40%20GMT-0500%20(Central%20Daylight%20Time)
OH Well, I'll keep comin up more "possibilities" as we go along.

How could it be the crest of a loop? The track curve is convex. The track curve on the crest of a loop would be concave.
In other words, it goes over like the top of a hill, not down like a dip.

It was Bryan with the guy from Coaster World News.
