Okay, here's an update! We were at the park today, and they put a total of 5 more pieces of track up today. The track almost completed a complete banked turn, going from a higher left side to the lower right side. And you can tell that it's going to bank to the other side pretty quickly as it comes down the turn. There were 3 construction guys going back and forth from the Staging Area to the Project area all day.

Of course, cause we're dorks, we drove back to Breakers and watched them load on a few more pieces of track. I took tons of pictures, including some from the transit from the Staging area to the site. I will send them to Walt, and he can post them if he chooses. Anyway, it's a pretty impressive sight to see the track up. It's a gorgeous color, even more so now that it's up on a support!

They were also pouring cement over near the area of straight away supports for most of the day. We got a GREAT view of everything from behind the Building that has the haunted house in it. Things seem to be coming together, and it appears to be a quick process to hang the track.

Oh yeah, and just one more thing.. apparently, according to some lady on the train today, they renamed Millennium Force "The Blue Streak". Just made us roll our eyes.

Thanks for the update yesterday Ryan, now is the time I wish I had my digital camera. Of course though, it had to break on me so now I only have 35 mm camera. I can expect the rest of that turn to be completed today, but it's going to get more and more interesting day by day because now we're in mid August.
