In the 2001 season, it started at 2.50 and then dropped to 2.00 half way through. In the 2002 season it started at 3.00 and dropped to 2.50 half way through. So for 2003, I say it will start at 3.50 and drop to 3.00 half way through.

So my final answer is: $3.50
