Two day CP trip plan?

I have a two day ticket to the park and I can choose between this Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. What is the most reliable website to check weather forecast?
I do not have a season pass, so I do not have early entry. What rides would you suggest me to try first and which ones save for the end? I would really like to try Top Thrill Dragster, but there is no way I am going on there first! What are the chances of it being closed later in the day?
Am I allowed to carry a fanny pack with my keys and phone (and maybe a granola bar or two)? Park website says I am allowed a waist pack, but just making sure.

Accu weather is what I use. Yes for fanny pack but you don't want it too bulky. I am pretty sure food is only allowed if you have a medical condition. You can leave a cooler in the picnic pavilion before you enter the park. Park at the water park park lot ( Cedar Point shores) and enter the park from there. It's right by TTD.

There is only a picnic pavilion at the main gate. So if you do come in at the water park entrance, you won't have anywhere to leave your cooler other than your car. But you can leave the park, get a hand stamp and eat your lunch from your car.

His post was dated May 16 and he said he was going that weekend. So, no reason to keep advising, right?

I would suggest hitting up TTD and Maverick early in the day. Those lines can get long later in the day. And do the rides up front like Raptor and Gatekeeper in the evening, those are usually short waits at that time.

Park in the Soak City lot

Start at the Maverick end of the park and work toward the Raptor end

Eat between 2-4pm while everyone else is riding. Ride during everyone else's dining hours

STAY LATE! Crowds really die down around 6:30, give or take. Plus, the park is beautiful at night
