It's 10:30 and Wicked Twister is finally twisting. Can't wait till it opens for the '02 season. Yay

And now 2:40 and yet another twist spike is getting even higher. Whoever made the comment about CP finding out about V2 on the west coast and wanting to "be first", I think you may just be right. May 4th, here we come! :-)

It's 3:35 and the crane is holding what looks to be like the first piece of twisting track over its place, from the beach cam view! Keep in mind the top of the A frames look about the height of the Giant Wheel, which is 150 ft. I have it saved if you missed it.

Check out the mpeg of the construction on 1/22. The first 2 sections of twisted track go up on the rear. Hopefully we get to see the front go up in the next couple of days. There will be a much better view!

I just noticed this while looking at some of the new pics of the twisted track going up. When you're falling back to the station on the rear spike, it is going to have a really cool chopper effect from the front seat because of that cross member at the top of the supports. It looks like the track twists around the other way just a few feet before you would hit the bar!
