TV commercial

I just saw the first Cedar Point television commercial of the year while watching Mythbusters. It was a Maverick commercial with the old prospector guy from the Maverick promo videos. Nice looking commercial, it's certainly got me more excited for the season.

Is it one we have seen on the site already? or something totally new... Someone needs to youtube it, I'll see what I can do

It also ran during Heroes on Monday in the Cleveland market.

So, your telling me that if I would have had Heroes Recording (computer was messed up) I could have seen it. Oh darn. Anyway, I'm recording Mythbusters right now, and if it comes on ill post it on Youtube or the like.

I'm also telling you that I had it in the DVR for a day, but deleted it because it's such a hassle to get it from there to the PC. :) Isn't technology wonderful?

If I get it in the DVR again, I'll see what I can do.

The commercial is pretty good I saw it while watching One Tree Hill.

It was obnoxious with some old codger who looked like a gold panning 49'er rambling on about maverick.. I saw it on the cable in Bowling Green

I seen about three different commercials for Cedar Point. The one with the old guy and another one about the kids. I believe there was a third one but could of been GL.

I can't believe out of all the techies on here, there's no one that has DVRd any of the CP commercials yet.

I have only seen one of them, and it was about fun for the entire family. But from what I have heard, its nice to see Cedar Point running more than one commercial for the park.

The only one I've seen is the whole "wood" and "steel" and Ride On Ride Warriors.

I like that ad. I wish they'd run it here in NH.

Nice commercial, but if there going to say "they come from near and far..." they should advertise in a wider area. Last time I herd back in about the year 2000 on the Worlds Largest Amusement Park video Mr. Kinzel said they only market in about a 250 foot radius. They should almost advertise nation wide. I know they would have a few more people come to CP the year they do that and the years after.

^LOL, Dick Kinzel is probably the only one who would receive any kind of advertising if that were the case.

They did all that campainging for Maverick then it gets delayed. poor cp.

I caught a commerical in our cottage in LHP Monday. It was wierd seeing Mean Streak on the TV then looking to my left out the window and seeing it in person. :)
