TTD Picture

Can anyone find that picture where taht guys face is all distorted. After you find it look at the wheel closest to you it isnt on the track. Possiably photoshop. I have the picture but not the the link.

If your looking at the same thing I am then your looking at a runing rail thats on the inside of the track. You can see it come out from behind the train. You can't see the track that the wheel is on becasue its out of the picture.

You should have put this in the TTD forum.

No that is off the track

The flapping of skin is caused by the wind. Different people have different faces which causes more or less effect. The guy sitting on the has a, right has for the lack of a more appropriate word, fatter face. He is also older which inherently causes the skin to become thinner and less elastic. Note the guy on the left.

The flow of air over a moving object is laminar up to around 60-70 MPH. laminar basiclly means that the air flows smoothly over the surface. As the velocity of the object increases over 80 MPH the airflow becomes turbulent. This means that the air interacts with the object causing eddy currents to form causing the guy on the right's face to fold. The faster you go, the more obvious the effect. In the picture, TTD is traveling nearly 120 MPH.

Edit: It is on the track, I lined up a peice of paper with the track and all the wheels line up with the track, including the first wheel.

Yea now I see it it just look so much lik the track even the wear spots are there

The white marks on the track is actually a special paint that lasts longer than normal pain when run on. Picture
