ttd commercial

I was at cp for a week first of may, they were filming a commercial 3 of the 5 days. I've only seen the commercial once and they pulled it to run the old commercials. What a waste!

Well, they spent an entire off-season building a ride that dosen't work. That's a waste! (yes, sarcasm don't get offended).

It seems like CP's advertising for this season was spent around TTD, so I have also noticed the commercials from last year (aka the "non-TTD clips") running ever since the breakdown involving the valve that broke a few weeks ago.

It seems like that was the second major breakdown for the ride (the first being the cable break), and thats when CP REALLY realized "oh crap we might have some real problems with this thing..."

I live in Maryland and I see the new commercial probably three times every night. I see that one more than commercials for SFA, which is about 10 mi from me. I'm sure the average person out here has no clue that TTD is down.

I dont think that Cedar Point wants to advertise a roller coaster that is out of operation, letting down many people!

The ad still runs with TTD in Indy!!! Guess they forgot to tell people out here to pull it........

That's probably their mistake...with TTD down, I dont really think that they want to advertise it (they being Cedar Point)

I've seen more 6F WoA ads than CP ads as of late, and my brother doesn't have a broken leg.

Thats really funny, I am still laughing... and I hardly ever see Cedar Point ads as well, maybe I am at the wrong channel at the wrong time, lol....

I wonder how long they will keep running it out here with TTD being down still? I just saw it again like 30 mins ago!

I live in Michigan and haven't seen a TTD commercial in quite a while. I keep seeing the one from last year.

I live in Michigan also, haven't really seen the TTD commercial though...which may be a good thing..

Where in Michigan do you live?

Hmmm...My family lives in Clarkston and Waterford. I was born in Pontiac, but am stuck here in NC now.

You should know the area I am in than Evan, Telegraph and Square Lake.

Oh cool! Yeah, I'm not too familiar with the area, but I do know where Telegraph is. So are you near the Palace or Pine Knob?
