TTD brings us all together.

It takes something big to bring everyone together. Good or bad. TTD was it in the coaster-world. I remember last year I would run home from school and go directly to cedarpoint.com to check out if they had any new pictures of Wicked Twister because I was excited about going to the Point in September( Was postponed due to the fact that TTD was being built). That hooked me on to other coaster sites and eventually led me here about last Novemeber. I was intrigued to find out people other then me had the same interest about coasters that me and my friends don't share. My friends don't even know what Cedar Point is and that they have 16 world class coasters. The same day that I rode Hulk 6 times in a row was when I found out about TTD. I was throughly excited. When I came back to this site it was flooded about what the new yellow structure was. Finally I guess I jumped on the band wagon and decided to put my two cents in, mind you only when needed so I wouldn't be shut down by Jeff, how many people did join during that time Jeff? The same with Xbox Live, it wasn't big but when I started to talk to people while playing it was the best video game experience i've ever had. I would just like to say thank you.
I don't think that could've been better written. My friends don't have this "obsesion" with coasters like me. When I found out about TTD, just about no one cared. I second you Canadian Rider! I love the atmosphere that rollercoasters create. I haven't been this excited to ride a ride since MF. MF had a certain atmosphere about it, I hope that TTD can have the same feeling and atmosphere that MF gave us all. TTD (or coastes in general) do indeed bring us all together.

If there's bugs on your shirt, you had a good ride.
I agree as well. My friends look at me like I'm crazy when I talk about TTD or any other thrill ride. One friend said, "aren't you a bit old to be lurking around in those coaster forums?" I say no. I love reading about the newest thrill rides and the buzz they generate. Especially TTD. I checked this board 7 or 8 times a day before the announcement was made. I enjoy reading about the speculations of the newly announced TTD. I enjoy "lurking" in a world where everyone has the same excitement about thrill rides as I do!

ALL CLEAR. ENJOY YOUR RIDE.

I usually get hit whenever I say anything coaster-related. That's why places like these keep me from bruising so much.

93 days...

I get giddy like a school girl when I talk about TTD. My friends think I have an unnatural obbsession. It didn't help that I have spend hours upon hours in No Limits trying to recreate ride that i've ridden dozens of times. But here it's nice to know that other people feel the same way, and many of them far more passionatly than I.
