My cousin was at thr point on opening day and he said that ttd was a 4 hr. wait. He also said mf was down the WHOLE day (exept for 20 mins.). He also said that maXair was an 1 1/2 hr wait. Is this true????
Wow. You must REALLY love your cousin to believe that. I waited about 30 minutes for TTD (not including front seat), MF was fine, and maXair was maybe 45-60 minutes. *** Edited 5/14/2005 12:23:34 AM UTC by MForce310***
At the turn of the Millennium, there were signs. Was the something out there?... A mysterious force at work? Beyond words. Beyond comprehension. Beyond, beyond beyond… A natural force simply known as, Millennium Force. The future is riding on it.…
Your cousin is a liar.
TTD was about an hour wait most of the day, MF was up most of the day (not sure it even went down, actually) and maXair's line was about 30-45 minutes most of the day.
I can't speak for maXair or TTD, but Millennium Force was open nearly the whole day. It did go down for about 15 minutes in the morning and about 30-40 minutes in the afternoon. The park was not overly busy, about average crowds for a Saturday. I think many people avoided opening day because they were afraid it was going to be packed, but the crowds really werent bad.
Yes... your cousin must be misleading you:)... I waited not even 30 mins for Mill. Force, I got the FreeWay for TTD, but the line didn't look like more than 30-40 mins, and MaXair was about 30 mins (and that was with the line out of the queue)
I waited through a 60-70 minute breakdown on Saturday and still only waited a total of about 90 minutes.
Even if I had waited for front seat, I would have only waited maybe 2 hours at the most.
Your cousin is lying.
I have you beat, two years ago me and my boyfriend waited in line for 8 hours for TTD and still didn't get to ride it. It's wasn't a weekend.

Blah, you people are all wimps. Try waiting in line for MS for 3 hours it's opening year with the entire queue full and the temperature being 87 degrees, without even adding in the humidity. A 3 - hour wait in that queue feels a lot longer than it actually is.

I've waited 7 and a half, 2 years ago, waiting for the front.
I was with my ex-gf (and yes she was my ex at the time), so I didnt mind dragging her through it. I told her she could leave if she wanted, but also knew she wasnt about to venture off alone. It because humorous after awhile, and I, with my season pass, knew I was not missing all that much, so I it was almost a solely spite-mission. I look back at it now and just smile. =P *** Edited 5/14/2005 3:09:41 AM UTC by Grovite18***
Longest I've ever waited was 3 hours for front seat Millennium. It started out rainy and then got really hot and humid after that. I was with my cousin and once we got to the station it had been 2 and a half hours and we said we might as well wait for the front. It was sooooooooooo worth it.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
My uncle waited 6 1/2 on TTD's opening day.

Ya know, i don't really say that much on this website but i look at it everyday and read it every day. I'm sorry if this is rude but I'm tired of reading statements that have the phrases "my uncle", "my cousin", "my friends' brother's girlfriends' aunt". Even though these friends and relatives might be sencere people, dont always believe what you hear, post it and demand its true. Oh and my friend who has this 2nd cousin who is related to a CP park official did announce the magnum is sinking for sure and will be sold to Japan. HAHA!
I want to ride a rollercaster NAKED!!
I waited nearly 3 hours on opening day for........get ready..............can you guess.................it's not what you think........................
Iron Dragon!!!!!
As you might guess, that was 3 hours I wish I had back.
Actually, I waited almost 3 1/2 years to ride Test Track so 3 hours doesn't seem so bad.
