Thanks for the pics, looks nice all lit up in the dark. The bleachers/coke stand look very familiar, did you notice any of the changes they mentioned? In the 2nd to last pic, on the left side is that a new fast lane scanner? I don't see the metal detectors. Were you able to see where exactly they were placed?
You can't tell by looking, because I'm trying not to freeze my face, but this is way better than the original ride.

I have enjoyed Kenny's segments over the years. This one doesn't disappoint.

The question is, was it still worth it? Frozen face and all?
That there Clark is an RV.....
It's hard to pick a favorite, but this guy's reaction is why they build these things. Absolutely priceless. Or should I say, "the tits".
Promoter of fog.
Kenny brings that level of fun and energy to most of the segments of his I have seen. Whether its Friday night high school football or a new restaurant. And has done some interesting behind the scenes tours. His reaction/narration of his ride on Top Thrill 2 was definitely fun.
This may just be me, and I could not tell you why, but I get Soarin' vibes from the new queue.
Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!
And that is why i chuckle everytime someone posts how "anticlimactic" it will be. It looks like a blast. Glad you enjoyed. I cant wait to ride it for the charity event.
That being said...it looks like it goes CONSIDERABLY faster over the tophat. Bet that ejector air is gonna be insane

looks really fun and I think the "theming" and the look came off very well.
And the floater and air time seem excellent -- it looks substantially faster over that top hat.
Hats off to Zamperla. I certainly had my doubts, but thus far this looks very well engineered, designed, and everything seems to be completed on time. If it shows good reliability in actual operations, it will be a true home run for them and CP.
(I do worry slightly about capacity here - my rough timing from dispatch to block begin clear is about 1:30, so we may not see much more than 800-900 PPH, depending on how tightly they dispatch. Minor issue, but the lines will be enormously long on this thing with that capacity).
Some of the videos I have seen makes it look bumpy, is it or is it just the camera mount?
Looks amazing!

To those whom have ridden it, is the ride very smooth? It looks a little shaky on the cam but as others have said before it could just be how the cams are mounted.
It's completely smooth. There's definitely some lateral shimmy as it gets faster and faster, but it's never uncomfortable. Honestly, at that speed, I was surprised by the smoothness. That backwards launch and pull out reminds me a ton of Wicked Twister, but like a 4x version on it. It's an extraordinary machine. To look right from the back seat at the top rear, and look down on Power Tower, that's something I never thought I'd see.
