Transfer tracks

Sorry if this is already on here......but it appears for the PowerTower cam that the transfer tracks are forming.

Take a look...

I just noticed that. It's really hard to say, but I guess it's transfer/storage track as I can't imagine what else it could be. Either way, it's weird but as they add more parts it will be more clear what will be/do what.

Wow. I (and alot of others) thought that those footers for the transfer track were gonna be for the station. The launch is gonna be even longer than i thought, that rules. I guess the mystery footer is gonna be for the station after all.

Those sections of transfer track are pretty long. I wonder if either the trains will bo long or if there will be more than 3 trains. Although I don't know how there could be more than 3 if it does turn out to be L-TH-B.
It'll be a L-TH-B. Trust me.

It makes you wonder. Why would there be any more than 3 trains if it's only L-TH-B. That's weird.

I agree with LeWiS. It would be weird to have more than 3 trains with only L-TH-B. But I had heard (like we all do) that there would be 6 trains ( yep, 6) each with 5 cars. Thats 4 less the Millie trains. That could explain the long brake run too. But im probly wrong.

Your stamp is only good between 8-9. The time now is 3:45.
My vote goes to ElectroBlast!!

What are the chances that there will be two loading areas on separate tracks with a "pre-staging" station for the launch? There would have to be switch points before and after the loading area. Kind of like the Mill Race a few years ago. If they can be loading two trains at a time, it would increase their capacity. One of the limitations will be how long the ride ops have to take to check belts and bars. They would also have to have about 6 sets of cars minimum.
Six trains seem a bit much for such a short layout. I think it would really cause stacking, and not really increase capacity at all. Three larger trains would likely have better capacity than six smaller trains.
Six trains can be done. It just takes a little extra work for the electrical engineers.

If the ride time is 30 seoconds, and they are able to check the belts ect also, they can get the capacity up to about 2400 PPH. If it takes 45 seconds instead of 30, then you get a capacity of 1600 PPH.

Six trains would be completely pointless. Thought it would make the ride time over 3 minutes.. with 2 minutes and 50 seconds sitting there on the breaks! ;)

i would have to agree with mk468zz on the 3 train instead of 6. look at every other coaster in the park, the most they have is 3, except gemini and disaster transport. (gemini has 3 trains on both tracks, don't know exactly how many sleds disaster transport has)

like ryan mc cann said, with this short of a layout, why would have that many trains, when for the most part all you will do is wait?

If your not having fun, what are you having?

Well, also take into consideration that our view is from overhead. Maybe that is not transfer track or another loading station, but track tha is just lying on the ground for some God knows what reason, and then they'll lift it up and hook it up to everything. Who knows? Just wait and see. Either way, in 173 days all of our questions will be answered.
The transfer track is definitely fixed to the supports. This can be seen from the webcam.

...Denial is an ugly thing.

Oky doky then. But why would there be so much transfer track?

Relating to the other part of the topic, I would actually like to see wider trains, more than longer or more. I think Cedar Point could break ANOTHER record by having the widest train. I would personally like to see an 8-person wide train; imagine having 7 people sitting next to you!

Oblivion at Alton Towers, England already has a coaster than has two rows of 8 people. There will probably be 3 long trains or more shorter trains. I'd bet on the three long trains.

From the twisty track on the descent side, I highly doubt that this coaster would be anything but 2 seats wide. It would be fun though.
