Track scraping?

Actually let me redefine that sentence.
"Dispite the once in a while half hour+ (as in over half hour breaks) breaksdowns, it's running great."

It was stopped today twice for 20 minutes on both accounts.
Once for the magnetic pads and catch wheel at the launch.
And again for a problem with the computer. They just had to unload the people from the trains in the station so they could move one back so they could bring the train that was in waiting back into the station, SO they could reset the train that was in launch.

I think something happened to the safety system for the catchcar because the train rolledback...but the brakes didnt go down.

Other than that, it ran great today! It's was just SOOO crowded today, the lines everywhere were terrible!! I only got 2 rides in.:(

2 rides on TTD, or 2 rides total?

Sorry, on Dragster. My friend and I did get on a decent amount of rides. 3 on MF, 2 on XL-200, MS, Raptor, DT, CCMR, SH, Trokia, Giant Wheel, and Witches Wheel.

Hmmm, well I can think of a TON of things to say about that but this is a PG rated forum.:)

NO it was not that crowded!!!! That's just insane (wait till my friend sees it:))
It was the most crowded I have seen this year on one of my trips though. Magnum had a wait (first few switchbacks at around 20 min) then it tapered off to just a station wait at the end of the day. Dragster was a 2 hours at it's longest during the day. Our first ride was only 5 minutes since my friend and I have JCC(:))and got in line early. And the second ride was about an hour wait.

Thanks Walt, problem solved. As for the picture, I've never seen the line that long. In August 2003 it was almost that long, but not quite.

A 45 minute wait for the greatest ride in the world? THat is nothing! :)

I'm looking forward to hearing if CP is doing better with attendance this year. I know the lower prices had to of pulled in a couple people. If they keep the same pricing for 2007, more people will find out about the lower prices from word of mouth and a new coaster will help as well.

While I hate waiting in long lines, I'm more worried about CP doing well. If they don't do well, then we won't have anything to ride or talk about for that matter.

I agree; I've been saying the same thing all season. I don't care if it means waiting in some longer lines, the park needs to do well this season.
