I know they sell copper tubing 1/8" in diameter. I'm not sure if they make it any smaller. I'm not sure if your trying to build it to some perticular scale.

Has anyone heard of metal coat hangers? :)
I call it Magic Wire, I keep tons of them around my house for everything, but I never have the patients to try and build a metal steel roller coaster track with it.
GATEKEEPER-I came, I rode, I was mildly disappointed; until a second ride (rear left) put GateKeeper back on the...it's a nice ride list.

Its hard to get the track to bend how I want it to and it takes a really long time to make. I still need suggestions because there is no way I'll be able to make the twist and make tracks all the same size
go too a hobby shop and buy the plastic tubing they use for model airplanes. they come in all sorts of diameters. look up austintown hobby in austintown ohio. they can help you
