Does ERT stand for EXTENDED ride time?

or Exclusive Ride Time.

I'll be there tomorrow. Hopefully the wind doesn't cause problems for TTD.

How exactly does this work? Since the park closes at 7pm, there would already be people queued up for the ride, potentially quite a few people. Doesn't really seem like you would get much in the way of extra rides? Maybe one?

I'll be there. I'm kinda hoping the weather causes the ERT to be moved to Magnum which is what happened last year when I went for a Dragster season pass night. 15 Magnum rides in an hour without getting off the train was probably the greatest thing ever. But I'll be happy with whatever happens.

I will be there with my "Protect your nuts" shirt on. With my Buzzer pin attached. I will be with to friends. Hopefully it will be slow enough to get a reride, without having to exit. See you guys there.

Peace, Mikey

If only I didn't live 3 hours away...

ERT tonite ended up moving to Millennium Force, but once we started we got the full hour.

Thank you to Tony Clark and the entire MF crew for a great ERT session! I'm guessing there were only about 50 or so people there for the ERT as we didn't even fill 2 trains. I managed 9 rides during the hour, including one with Tony. Thanks again!

Yes, it was good to be part of the "Fifteen-Dollah Club." I think I scored 15ish rides, but I wasn't keeping count.

Awesome ERT, can't wait for June 21st ERT. Thanks for dragging me there CoasterKrazy!

Rob....I left at 7 tonight. I wish I would have known you were going to be there.

I was planning on attending, but things didn't come together last minute. :(

Did they let everyone just stay on the trains, or just use the handicapped access gate, or what?

There was about 50 people for ERT, so two trains were used. One train would dispatch and about 10-20 people would wait on the next train, the full train that came back would then unload and have about 34 people running to fill the waiting train going through the handicapped access gate. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

I have never done a ride night before and I suggest anyone (not too many of you) with Joe Cool come and try it out.

PS - Sorry I missed you Jeff Young!

How would 15 rides have been possible? I only missed 2 trains out of the station, and I got 9, meaning 11 should have been the highest possible number...

Anyway, it was a lot of fun, except for a small group of 15 year olds acting like total brats. I appreciate Tony and the MF crew for sticking around with us.

Man, I should have taken a trip to the park just for this! Sounds like everyone had a blast! Well, I'll be there for the remaining ERTs and I really hope Maverick is open by June 21st! :D

I to was wondering how this works when you potentially have a full queue near closing full of general admission people. can someone please explain how this works.

They let the rest of the "general public" cycle out of the queue while we waited outside of the entrance. Then they took off the yellow train, and let us in at 7:30.

I was also wondering about this. Did they then give you a full hour of ERT or did you only get 30 minutes? Pretty cool that they took one of the trains out. :)

They gave us the full hour from the time we started riding.

There's nothing like showing up at the park at 6:40 and getting 11+ rides on Millennium. T'was a great night of ERT. The "Fifteen Dollah Club" is well worth it this year.

Can't wait for next time.
