Is CP getting in over their heads?
I couldn't imagine the cost of maintaining a coaster to be anything remotely cheap. Not to mention SIXTEEN of them, some rather LARGE. ...As I can't envision the amount of money one of the worlds LARGEST amusement destinations has to shell out just to stay afloat?!? ...Insurance costs, employee wages, maintenance to 68 rides ... new attractions...
..just think, one Funday admission pass: $76.98?!? yikes!
How much is to much? How big is to big?

I've got the investment package at home. I can't remember the exact number, but I think Cedar Fair had a net profit of like $70 million something.(that includes all the parks).
I'm sure someone else can give an exact figure.

I may think CP is being cheap with certian things, but they are in the business (and do it well), and they know what is going on, we really have no clue as to what the overhead and maintenance costs are.
Look at it this way, it is not even close to a Six Flags Park.
