On Christmas eve there were a few shows on TLC. One of them was the top 10 thrill rides, and I'm proud to report, Millennium Force got #1. I just don't get how Superman : The Escape at SFMM got #2, why would'nt Superman : The Ultimate Escape at SFO beat it or something like that, I've heard it's extreemly awsome. Oh well, at least MF was #1.

Another show looking at height and speed numbers, not ride quality. Where were the S:ROS's? I want a re-count.

S:TE gets all the credit, its BS (no ...not blue streak). It seems like everything on the show was either the first, or the biggest, and not realy the best. Raptor has beat Alepengeist in a massive amount of polls, but yet it was on there because it's bigger. Oh well.

People seem to be obsessed with S:TE for one reason or another. It's a great ride, but enough is enough. If someone isn't bashing it out of jealousy, coaster shows are completely over-exposing it, there isn't any balance or reason where S:TE is concerned.
I really don't want to see anymore of the following coasters:
S:TE
Viper
Riddler's Revenge
Batman
Raptor
Mantis
Mean Streak
Hulk
I want to see more of:
S:ROS
Exterminator
MF(though I'm sure in the coming years we'll see quite enough of this one)
Tremors
The Legend
Ghostrider
Steel Dragon
Apollo's Chariot

I agree. The Raven should also get alot more mention, as well as Shivering Timbers, you never hear about them. They definatly need to show alot more differnt coasters. Alot of times people act like S:TE is the best ride ever, and nothing will ever beat it. You go out, up, down, and back, with 6 seconds of airtime I think it is. You get that much air on Blue Streak or Magnum or Gemini, and lets not forget the famous Jack Rabit at Kennywood which has an awsome Double Dip. COME ON TLD AND DISCOVERY! Show some differnt things.
