Time Between Launches

I was there on 5/23, the ride was only open for a few hours but it seemed to me it was getting close to 30 seconds in between the launches. Was anybody else there and noticed this?

I noticed they are getting much quicker with the launches. I don't think it's quite 30 seconds, but it is pretty fast. They still seem to be missing it every once in a while when that 5th train comes around by its self.

Also, while we're talking about 5/23, the downtime that day was terrible. It was my school's senior skip day, and I saw some people I knew who were eating on the bleachers a little before 2. They said that they kept firing test trains, but the brake fins would pop up mid-launch and stop the train. After this happened a few times, they said they saw smoke. I'm not sure from where though, one person indicated it was comming from the hydrolic building, and another said it came from the staging area.

Overall though, I think the ride is operating much better than it was a few weeks ago, and it will be even faster once the 6th train arrives.

It was also my school's Senior Skip Day, and while the ride was running it was launches much much faster than on opening day. We got in line outside the ride at about 1:45, we got an inside tip from the guy at the start of the MF line that TTD would open around 2, and he was pretty acurate, i'd say they let us in the line at about 2:20.

It seemed that they were getting even closer to 30 seconds, and running most of the day on Saturday.

Yesterday (saturday) the launch times were 45sec to 1min30sec.
