Thrills and Chills

Anyone know when the Discovery Channel will be holing it's annula Thrills Chills and Spills?

All I know so far is that Top Ten Coasters of 2002 is on March 28th at 2:00 pm on the Discovery Channel. I think they're supposed to have a new Top Ten Coasters of 2005 as well. I have no idea when that is supposed to air though. From what I've heard, it's supposed to air sometime in March or April.

I know, they tend to air it right before all the parks open back up for the start of the season. Right when Cabin Fever gets so overwhelming you can't stand it.

Is that the Magnumdan version or the Raptor Jo version of Magnum?

2002 was Raptor Jo, 2001 and Cedar Point special was Dan. I have them on tape. I watched the Cedar Point special so many times I memorized all the words.

Travel Channel has greatest family vacations this week, and a few of the specials feature coasters.

There is also something on Science Channel tonight. I don't remember what it was, but I've got the DVR set. Also have it set for the stuff on Travel tonight and tomorrow. Just need to go through the rest of the week now.

Im not sure if I was looking in the right place, but it looks like its on the 24th and the 26. You might want to double check the dates.

I'm really anxious for the National geographic special this summer with me in it.

The 24th and 26th is right. On the travel channel website, it says "Best of Amusement Parks 2006" will be on at 8 pm and 11 pm on March 24th and 1 pm on March 26th.

Im setting my computer to record it so I can burn it on DVD!!!!!!! :)

Yep I did, it is tomorrow at 8:00 and 11:00. I must have hit the "day +", that's next to the right arrow botton on my controller, when I was looking through the guide.:P.

Jim, I only know that Holiday World will be in it. Although I think CP will be in it seeing that it is titled "Best Amusement Parks".:)

I'm pretty sure they're using Amusement Today's Golden Tickets for the show. MF and CP will likely play a big roll in the show. Since they are the best in both categories.

I got an email from the park today saying they will featured on "Best of Theme Parks 2006". Friday, March 24 at 8 p.m. on The Travel Channel
