Thriller Bees

I have a question whay type of ride is thriller bees? I know it is a circular family huss ride but that is all I heard. Is it like maXair? If anyone has any photos from when it was open under six flags please post them. Thanks again!

The gondolas swing back and forth via hydraulic pistons during the ride... it's pretty disorienting actually!

The ride really isn't that fun to me. It gets a bit boring, but hey, it's a well needed flat ride to be added back to GL's flat ride arsenal.


The ride might not be an adult favorite, but it is popular with families and children, and yes adds a falt ride to the park that needs some very badly.

If you have ever been to Kennywood....

The ride action is pretty much the same as the thing Kennywood has on top of the Island Stage.

(in fact, the Bee Bee is the "ASR" version of the same ride...no, I don't remember what ASR stands for, it was some Huss design and marketing gimmick a few years ago)
