Wonder how much those houses on the side of the parking lot and down cost. Would love to live in one, leave, and boom, you're in the parking lot.
Wonder how that operates though. I see no toll booths over there.
There is a single booth between the parking lot and the Chausee (the road with all those houses).
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
Not as much as one might think. I was taking a look not too long ago. It all depends how close to the park you are. Some were as high as $800,000.
It will be my future residence.
:)
The houses further down the Cedar Point Road fetch much higher prices. I have seen some go for upwards of $2,000,000. I am guessing that the houses right next to the parking lot would be less because of the parking lot. Kinzel has his house right there but I would not want to be that close. If I am not mistaken, Cedar Point either owns a few of those or they are waiting for them to be sold so they can buy. I know the park does own the lot on the corner that is just all grass now.
I love the houses on the that have the lake in the front yard and the bay in back. Well, I'd love being there in the summer at least.
The path you tread is narrow, and the drop is sheer and very high.
There's a really nice one for sale about 1/2 - 1 mile from the park for $3.2 mill.Been on the cover of several home magazines.

I think you should buy it so I have a summer getaway!
We'll split it Jon. You get the north wing, I get the south..
