This is one reliable ride

Of the two days I was there MF didn't have one problem at all, the line went extremely quick, and the ride was up all day long. Is it always like this? CP definetaly has a winner with this baby and a loser (as far as uptime) with WT IMO.

Agreed. MF has had more than its share of downtime. I have no doubt that MF and WT are both a drag on CP's 96% uptime statistic.

If you would have asked this question at the end of last season I think you would have gotten a totally different answer. Besides for the lift cable breaking and the role back during opening season it was pretty reliable (someone correct me if im wrong). It seems like starting with this season MF has had nothing but problems from a roll back to getting stuck on the lift and everything in between! All the times I have been there though this year 5 in all MF has been running great and had a great ride. But this is just imo

Coasters do not get "stuck" on the lift, for the last time. The computer stops the lift. Nothing gets stuck.

While MF is a reliable ride back in 2000 I remember it has had more than it's fair share of probs. as for WT I believe that once they work all the bugs out like they did with MF that it too will run like a dream and be the coaster I really think it can be which is a really great and reliable ride.

Millennium Force had a lot of problems at the beginning of the year, but they seem to be gone for the most part (from what I've noticed in the past week.)

Now, if we could only make a dent into those lines... And the insane line for FreeWay. WOW.

Wicked Twister seems to be doing a bunch better now too. Unlike its 100' taller brother, it doesn't have such a following among the GP (and as far as queue location goes, hands down best in the park.)

I have a question for Matt though (or anyone else that can answer.) If CP advertises an uptime of 96%, does that take into account the few weeks or so earlier in June where Wicked Twister wasn't running at all? It seems as though that would really drag the # down.

That was the number for all of last year...I suspect that that figure will be much lower this year because of WT and MF's problems this year.
