Theory on Announcement

Let's see, all capital investments will be out in the next few weeks. Some other park announces a 400 foot coaster. CP adds 20-30 feet to theirs to ensure the record. Wouldn't be too difficult with a vertical tower on a rocket coaster. Just a thought.

You don't re-engineer rides when the ride has already been manufactured.
