The Shrine is coming down

Today is the last day for the Cedar Point shrine in my room;
15 wall calanders,
3 park flags,
12 framed pictures,
3 promo signs,
my board with 30 different buttons, 8 different key chains, 10 pictures,
5 postcards,
one 6ft tall magnum pepsi display,
one 2ft magnum pepso display,
one beach towel,
10 waterbottles,
15 shot glasses,
6 coffee mugs,
two park maps ('85 '00)
two glass peices,
one carved dragon (from Paul on the trail),
one pennant,
and three hats all are coming down, not counting the other five boxes of my collection!

The reason its all coming down, I'm moving and all thats going to be hanging up in the new place is my 125 summers banner and a few odds and ends!

Quick question... How much was the Dragon from Paul?? Everytime I see one being worked on.. he's never around, and never got around to asking.

I don't even WANT to think how much the large horses are.

I purchased one of the larger dragons from Paul, and I believe I paid somewhere around $59. That price isn't bad when you take into account the total number of hours that were required to carve it, and it was carved my hand.

My "shrine" is an on ride photo of Mean Streak and Magnum. And a video. That's it!!:)

I have two maps framed -- '82 and '00, with postcards all around them (also framed) -- most of the modern poster cards, plus some great historical ones. One when the Midway was dirt, the Blue Streak before it was painted, the Sky Slide, stuff like that. Always looking for more!

I know this isn't really the right thread for this.. but figured this would be a good place to start. I am looking for a decent quality picture of the Space Spiral when it was Red, White and Blue.. anyone know where I might be able to find one? Or does anyone here have one they might be willing to part with? The only thing I can ever find is post cards or pictures in books.. I would like one I can frame and give to someone as a gift. As for Paul.. WOW.. I can't believe you have one of his sculptures for only $59.00... I payed him $75.00 just to Borrow his collection of UltraMan videos so that I could make copies :)

I have, currently, 4 onride photos (I am such an ONP whore) of Raptor, Mantis, Maggy, and Millennium Force, three giant park maps, a terribly done promo video, and a few pictures I took and blew up to about 1/2 poster size...

You people and your collecting... Cedar Point NEEDS to sell pictoral posters!
