Out of 8 trips this season, my best memory of the season was back in June. I spent my vacation for 2 days 2 nights at Comfort Inn Cedar Point Huron. The room I had was exciting because I had a couch, and a nice size king size bed. I was by myself for both days, but I definitely had my rides in that I wanted to get in especially on Millennium Force. I had 7 rides in on one day and managed to squeeze every ride in the next day on everything.
Also my last trip was the first week of Halloweekends. The first Saturday of the event It was crowded and throughout the whole day, so I didn't get to ride as much as I would have liked. I did try out the Corn Stalker maze thing this year. That was really cool. The Fright zone wasn't as scary this year as it has been in the past. Maybe it was because I was by myself. The screamers don't really bother you if your by yourself. And the last thing that I'll remember from that night is that I was able to get 2 rides on Millennium Force in a half hour and had honors of last train of the night. I had never had that before, it was awesome being able to ride Millennium Force in the fog in pitch black darkness and after midnight.
This was a really good coastering summer for me, but since this is PointBuzz I'll just stick to CP. :)
Probably the trip that sticks out the most in my mind is a Friday night in mid-July when I rode every coaster (except Jr Gemini) in under 5 hours. It was the first time I had ever ridden them all in one trip, and since stopping at the park was almost an afterthought, it was even more special.
As such, it felt far less special when I again rode all 16 coasters during 'bonus weekend' this past September. :) The only thing that bugs me there is that my friend had his kid with him earlier in the day and I should have begged her to ride Jr Gemini with me so I could've had all 17! Oh well.
What else... 1) My birthday in May, when I rode Jr Gemini for the first time ever, because there were no kids around and the ride host was sympathetic to my plight (of being 29 years old and it being my only missing credit from the park). 2) MilF Ride Night in July, the only ride night I've ever attended because I had July 3rd off work. 3) Stopping at CP on a whim, July 4th from 11:30 pm - 1:30 am, got on 3 coasters and Skyhawk. Something cool about being there in the early AM with the die hards. :) Aside: This is why I love having a season pass, for nights like that.
Other parks: Kings Island x2, Lakemont Park, Indiana Beach, Holiday World, Waldameer, Darien Lake. Almost made it to Canada's Wonderland, which would have put my coaster count over 100, but our plans fell through. Still, a really, really good summer for me, and I added 23 to my coaster count!
They had a milf ride night?
How did I miss that? ;)
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
The most memorable ride I had this summer during my visit in June was on Blue Streak. This ride and I go way back, and it was a real treat to enjoy as smooth a ride as I can remember on it. Hats off to the maintenance crew that did the refurb.
Also, would like to mention the relief at getting to ride MF after the cable car incident. Thought I was going to maybe have to miss out this year, but, again, good job maintenance crews!
My coaster riding season seems like it is never going to end this year. I still have trips to disney, universal, magic mountain, knotts, and maybe a park or two in texas.
Not to mention dollywood for christmas as well.
As soon as I am done with all of those parks, cedar point will be opening up again in the spring.

Rollbacks: 1st Triple Rollback of 2009!
I am not 100% sure I am going to make it to Texas yet.
But if I do, it will be in the early spring.

Although CoasterMania was a blast, as was the Fall Freak Out I have to say my best memory to this season has to be being part of the Raptor crew for 2 awesome weekends this month.
Hard work is an understatement but there is nothing I love more than being able to work at the place I love, on the ride I love, with the crew that I love.
Truly great memories I will treasure always :)

Lifetime Raptor flights: 2169 :)
It's all about getting around the barrels, or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that?
lol I thought you were talking about me for a second Ben (back on the 1st page) but it was when you mentioned "girlfriend" that I realized it wasn't me. Cause I was about to be all like "Aw how nice of Ben to call me one of his best friends", but now I've fooled myself.:)
On topic, I'd have to say the best highlights for me were from Coastermania and the GOCC fall freak out. There's also a BUNCH of smaller moments that made this a phenomenal year. It's going to be sad to let it go. Heck it just seems like yesterday that I was getting my first ride of the year on Dragster.
I'm gonna try and hold my tears when I'm on my last ride of the year on Dragster.:(
And I should also give a BIIIIGGGGGG thanks to as certain special person (you know who you are if you read this) for making it an extra special year and for going out on a limb in my sake......of which I owe ya big time.
