The return of PointBuzz Premium

Hi everyone! A couple of announcements...

First off, we spent some dollars and decided to make PointBuzz 100% secure. That means every request you make to PointBuzz will be encrypted, so naughty people can't "sniff" what you're looking at. That includes your login and password. We're not exactly dealing in classified information on PointBuzz, but it makes sense to be secure by default.

Second, we're happy to announce the return of PointBuzz Premium. A few of you have asked about how you could help out PointBuzz, particularly as many have complained about the lack of quality in advertising, and we've complained about how little revenue they provide these days. PointBuzz Premium addresses both problems, by turning off the ads for you, and providing direct revenue to us from our biggest supporters. We offered this service a few years ago, but let it lapse when we updated the site.

The cost is $15 per year, and you can use virtually any credit card to sign up. More information is here:

Great idea, Jeff! When I get a little more financially stable, I will certainly look into this! I have been a member here for more than 10 years, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. A huge thank you to Walt and Jeff for all the hard work they do to keep this site operational.
