The old Geauga and later Chippewa wild mouse

I know from pictures where the ride was located at Geauga Lake but I cannot remember where the ride was located at Chippewa. I went to Chippewa 3 times including a visit during the parks final season. But I must have missed the wild mouse. If I remember correctly when you entered Chippewa the coaster was to your left and the Bug was straight ahead. The Ferris wheel and Rocket ships were toward the lake. Makes me mad at myself for missing it.

The Wild Mouse coaster is located down the midway. From the entrance you could walk up to the carousel, hang a left past the little dipper and follow the path down to that picnic pavilion on the lake. The Wild Mouse is located down in that region. If this is confusing just think of it as total opposite of the ballroom. It is still standing and in very poor shape. Some friends have been to the park this year and who knows how long any of these rides have left.
