Well that'd be just silly. I mean, if you're gonna top millennium force by 70 feet, why not just add another 20 to break 400. I think that 380' is literally the least likely height--it'll either be 200-300ft (maybe even 350ft, i guess), or over 400. But why get so close to 400 and not top it?
