The Force will survive

Anyone else think that this WT hype will die down once the season starts? WT being a "different" type of ride, I think it will cause many to not ride it. I would imagine MF will still be the ride to flock to this season.

Sort of reminds me of '96, running to Mantis and riding it twice in a row, in 20 minutes. Everyone was still hooked on Raptor.

Magnum will always be #1

I think WT will be popular this year, but since there is an Impulse up the road I don't think the rush will be great. I think MF will be the busiest ride at CP like it has been after a few weeks of WT fever.

I believe Gemini will be the "busiest" coaster at CP followed by either Magnum or Raptor...

I said "coaster" just to avoid the potential competition from the CP&LE RR! ;) The point is that there are several rides at CP that give more rides per hour, per day, and per season than MF and WT. Of course if MF had the capacity of Gemini or even Magnum or Raptor, I'm sure that would be different.

Tommy, I thought the same thing. I imagined "I will survive being played in MF's station after I first read the topic title.

Actually--due to the fact that my crew friggin rocks, Thunder Canyon will have the most riders this summer...ha..ha..ha, it'll only happen if god decides to throw down a 110 degree drought for 3 months straight :)

Don't be too surprised about the 110 degree drought! I have heard my best friend Debbie told me that the Farmer's Almanac is predicting a VERY HOT summor so all of the water rides WILL get HUGE lines!!
