Yes they are there.. and they are now 50 cents.

They are for the fish.. if you look right next to the machines, there is actually a sign that says "Do not feed the geese"

It's awfully hard to feed the carp without the geese getting in the way...at least by the CCMR.

Geese poop on the midways (and people, and...). Carp poop in the lagoons.

I seem to remember how many carp there was when I was younger.

There was so many that you would throw the carp feed down, which would actually land ontop of the carp. Then the seagulls woul walk on the carp eating the feed.

There's not nearly that many carp now though.
