The big debate for July

I am planning on going to Cedar Point in July.

The new Adventure Island sounds good so I can get some exercise, since I am 272 lbs overweight. Can I still fit on the coasters by losing weight, or do I not have enough time to lose weight and have to prevent a WOS by going to Adventure Island to do the challenges?

Thanks, this long winter has given me depression and yearning for out-of-league girlfriends to make me happy.

Wait... Are you overweight AT 272lbs or overweight BY 272lbs?

I’m 6’4” and I could ride everything last year except Wicked Twister (didn’t try) and Corkscrew at 295lbs.

On September 16, 2015, I weighed 212. On New Year's Eve, I was 177. That's 35 pounds or 16.5% dropped during what should have been the most difficult time of the year. I even went on a cruise, attended a wedding, attended 2 thanksgiving dinners and attended several Christmas parties. All of this while doing very little extra exercise. You just need to make sure you eat plenty of healthier food and snacks on a schedule. When your body gets used to having food, it will burn the fat. Have meals pre-made. Drink lots of water. The more accessible the good food is, the more likely you are to eat it rather than eating garbage.

As far as fitting on the rides go, even with losing weight, some of the seats and restraints may still prevent you from riding.

Good luck! Make riding coasters your treat and not some crappy food.

You can definitely lose it by that time by following a strict cardio and weight lifting workout with a strict diet
