Back in the Fall of '98 I "found" GTTP and began posting almost immediately. Over the years I have shared a love for all things CP with many of you, even getting the chance to meet some of you in person.
As I refelected back on the years, I have complied a Top Ten List of my favorite GTTP memories/threads. See how many you know...
9. W8 4ME @CP!
8. CP is running out of room/What will the crowd be like on fill-in-the-blank date. These threads drove me crazy!
7. DBCahill Contests...A great way to pass the off-season by quickly.
6. Seeing "Gemini" run backwards!
5. Livin LaVida Loca Pete Style
4. The Blue Restaurant Thread...This has to be hands down the funniest thread over the years. A stroke of genius that shows even a Steelers Fan has a quick wit.
3. GTTPRGFDM! I may have messed up the order of the letters but "Those in the know" can figure it out. BTW, Mrs. OTT let me out of the DogHouse finally after last year's festivities
2. Dan's Penthouse Forum type post when he had a solo ride on the Magnum...If ANYONE ever can locate this out in cyberspace PLEASE GET ME A COPY!
1. Jeff's and Steph's Wedding. My friendship with Jeff led him to ask me to be a groomsman in the Wedding. We had quite a good time.
I need to bequeath a couple of iems to ensure the smooth transition here in the Forum.
To Jeff, Our WebMaster, I give you the "Cedar Point is NOT running out of Space" Rant. Please continue to ensure the memebers of PointBuzz, CP will contiue to find room to grow as needed.
To DBCahill, Please continue to QUICKLY close the "What will the crowd level be on fill-in-the-blank date" Finally there is an FAQ section. Now if people would just use it.
Well, if you are still reading, Thanks...There are too many "people" whom I have gotten to know through the forums to say goodbye to with out leaving someone out. So in general, if you have posted here over the years I am sure I have read your post. Some made me laugh, and even shake my head in disbelief but all helped me enjoy CP more.
I will still be lurking so speak kindly of me when I am gone.

The only thing other than CP that Steelers and Browns fans agree on
Have I really been around that long to remember numbers 10, 9, 8, 7, and have a vague recollection of 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2? (I remember #1 happening, but wasn't there.) That said, you've been a fixture around here FOREVER, OTT. You'll be missed.
And you've just made me realize how fast my life is moving. Thanks a lot. I'll be old in no time! ;)
I passed along an article that I found in the Sandusky Register, and the rest (as they say) is history.
