I was just wondering, when does Cedar Point usually start putting the ride cars back on and test the rides?

1 week after the first testing thread of the season appears, but only if Kinzel walks out of his home and sees his shadow. If he doesn't, then it's 3 weeks after the first testing thread appears.

Someone with more knowledge correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe we'll be seeing cars going back any time now, and testing around April

Tony tweeted a pic of Raptor's trains on the storage tracks. Happens same time every year.

Speaking of Kinzel, does he still live on CP drive?

Yes, he and his wife still have their house near the park, as well as a winter home in Florida.

You all have to remember, testing will only begin weather permitting. And this winter does not seem like it is going to be ending any time soon.

Unless you consider Thursday a not-so-distant and reachable destination.

CP announced that Gatekeeper trains are back on the track today, and while looking at the webcams you can also see that Corkscrew trains are back on track.

I think they're using white train this year..boo

Well Red train has been every year since we went to two train..It's Red & another color always..

But I prefer Red & Blue, it's what I worked with, just a small reminder of my time with that great ride.

I think they should use all three trains.

Yeah..no..

Running that ride in three train op after seatbelts/SOP changes/etc. is a nightmare..capacity goes up actually running just two trains on the rails. Plus it helps keep maint. costs down/etc.

I can't remember but I am pretty sure Mean Streak runs all 3 right? Since it is such a long ride.
