It dose not. I know because my buddy was pissed off after we waited about an hour last year and then he could not ride because he was to big. He was upset because he tested for Raptor and was able to ride and wanted to test for Mantis but there was no test seat at the entrance...

There needs to be a test seat for Mantis, take on of the seat's off the 3rd train sitting next to the storage track.

Per this link you can read this under "Restraint Systems":
You may enter the ride via the exit to ensure therestraints function properly prior to waiting in line. We have testseats at Maverick, maXair, Millennium Force, Raptor, Skyhawk, TopThrill Dragster and Wicked Twister.
Knowledge is power. :)
How much more weight loss will it take to get on Raptor, Mantis, MF and TTD?
Opening day 2008 my son was finally tall enough to ride Mantis. He was measured at the entrance to the queue and waved in. After waiting 90 minutes he gets on the ride and is told he can't ride. It turns while he was tall enough, his legs were too short for him to be able to sit on the seat and have his feet on the bottom at the same time. A test seat would have save us an hour and a half and a disapointed kid. Two months later he did ride Mantis for the first time.
Yes a test seat made from one of the trains sitting next to the storage track would help out a lot of people.

This isn't a foolproof answer for every body type, but most people who fit in Raptor's test seat will fit on Mantis also
You don't need a test seat when you can walk up the flippin' exit ramp and try it out!
