The article in the Sandusky Register and I think even somewhere on the CP site talks about in April "test riders" will test out MF.
Do they enlist members of the public to do this? Or is it just the construction crew and management that is talked about there?
more like water bottles and dummys simulating the weight of a full average car..that will be 1st rest assured, then possibly some actual humans..lol..ride and design engineers will decide that though..

Where do they enlist these "test riders"? I would be first in line if it was open to the public, although, probably a lot of other people would as well.
Once the state inspector signs off, the park management and the steel workers get first crack. After that, I'm sure there'll be seasonals in there from time to time, but the water dummies will get their fill during the more rigorous testing, I'm sure.

It is NOT open to the public. I do know some of the people who will be in the Millennium Force commercial, although. The park management and construction crew will have first dibs at the "first ride" after the Ride Safety people have licensed it.
