Thats kinda embarssing, a bunny hill being the tallest point.

Their probally going to start working on the lift hill on tuesday. the yellow crane is parked by the start of that.

You don't think they're going to continue working in the swan pond? I bet the do the lift last. Since the park closes during the week starting Tuesday, I bet they drain the swan pond and then continue tracking that area.
Actually I think it'd make more sense to build the lift now, since after the track goes around the pond, it crosses over both the first drop and the launch underneath it. Easier to build over something than under it.
The heartline after the swan pond goes UNDER the lift drop. That's why the lift will be constructed last.

How is it "Embarssing"?
<Matt>
101 on Magnum and counting...
107 ft. will be the tallest point on the lift hill, and I think the drop down to the swan boat pond will be the second tallest.

Next Trip: Sep. 16
Maverick: 107 ft. first drop, enclosed mid-ride launch, 95 degree first drop, 70 mph, great theme, 3 inversions, and some serious sidewinding!!
Just cause they think it's embarrasing it doesn't mean they are not going to ride it. Honestly, I agree with them. If the coaster's highest point remains that bunny hill, then I can only greet this coaster with a raised eyebrow. Obviously, this will not be the rides highest point when it's all said and done, so I really have nothing to raise my eyebrow over.
IMO, a rides highest point is usually the most noticable and impressive part of a ride and quite frankly, a simple bunny hill is not all that noticable or impressive for a rides peak. *** Edited 9/4/2006 12:22:33 AM UTC by ramboozle***

Yea...Because so far, the bunny hill is the tallest point so far and i said its embarassing, even though i know it wont be the tallest point, means i will never be happy. Yea..that makes tons of sense.

This is a pointless thread. The ride isn't complete, maybe you can argue after the ride is done.

The teaser signs say that "we're going in a whole new direction". The tallest point in the ride may not be as significant of a focus for the whole picture as some may think. Just some food for thought. ;-)
mmmmmmm....... foooooood........Drake need food, to the donut cabinet...... NOOOOO! The donuts are gone!
