I was at MA today, and noticed the the Swan Boats.
When they were at Cedar Point did the passengers have to wear pfd's? I don't think they did, but I didnt pay much attention.
At MA they do.
Greg
I don't think they did. Of course, I'm sure the lake at MiA is much deeper than the pond they were in at Geauga Lake. Guests are also able to get a lot further away from shore, so I guess it makes sense.

From what I remember, They were at Cedar Point. I would not want to be in a swan boat in a lake that a fisherman just died in. That lake in GL is too big and deep. :)
DJ, CPGuru said "That lake in GL". I think Greg was saying "Don't you mean Geauga Lake?" as that is actually the name of the lake.
Oh and DJ - did you notice that all the people on X-Flight are holding hands in that photo? Its a little creepy.

Ah, I see. Yeah, I'm a little slow - I didn't have enough Cocoa Puffs this morning, and I'm starting to get really hungry. That's my excuse, anyway.
And who doesn't hold hands on coasters? ;)

sorry, i didnt mean "what is Geauga Lake?" I meant, "The swan boats were at Geauga Lake?.. were they there before they were at Cedar Point?"
sorry, it made sence in MY head!

To the best of my knowlege the swan boats were never at Geauga Lake, they were at Cedar Point. They opened in 1997 and closed in 2003.
I supose it's possible they were there before 1997, but I doubt it.
