Summer job at Cedar Point?

My nephew will be 16 next year, and he wants to work at Cedat Point next year. How old do you have to be to work there? Can somebody tell me about their experieces working at Cedar Point?

You only have to be 14 to work there.

But you have to be 18 to stay in housing, which limits a lot of people *cough*

Sure it limits some people, but not all people... ;)
