Steel Eel at CP?

Just something I found humorous - if you look at page 48 in the Getaway Guide there is a yellow coaster behind the motel ads. It sure looks like Steel Eel to me! Maybe they bought it and moved it in when no one was looking ... or they painted Magnum and changed the rolling stock. *** This post was edited by S.B.Railway on 3/30/2001. ***
Seeing that it is Cedar Fair it probably is Wild Thing at Valley Fair. It has a similar color scheme to Steel Eel
Actually, Steel Eel is is yellow, while Wild Thing is green.

I haven't seen the picture, but I've heard people say that the picture in question looks like Desperado. That, to me, makes more sense, since Desperado and Magnum were built by the same company.

Cedar Fair sometimes uses pictures of different rides in brouchures. The picture of the people on Power Tower in also on a different Cedar Fair brochure, and the name isn't Power Tower.

It's not Desperado. The cars are trimmed in blue. Desperado's are pink. It could be a trick of light, however. Morgan and Arrow hypers are almost the same animal anyway.

It's just some advertiser using whatever picture they had on hand.
