Station spiel?

Hey guys,

To help me get through the off-season, I was wondering if anyone had in any shape or form, the station spiel on TTD. I know that someone released the one from the queue line "Sunday Sunday Sunday...." but I was wondering about this one that goes something like this:

"Welcome to Top Thrill Dragster. For your safety and the safety of other riders please listen carefully to these instructions. Please sit up right facing forward with your seatbelt tightly fastened and your arms and legs down and inside the train at all times. Please make sure your seatbelt is tightly fastened. Lapbars must be lowered firmly against the pelvis and the muscular parts of theighs. Failure to follow any of these instructions could result in serious accident or injury. If you do not understand these questions, or, need clarification, please contact a ride host. Thank you for riding Top Thrill Dragster and enjoy the rest of your day here at Cedar Point, Americas Rollercoast!.....fades into Ready to go"

I have part of it in a movie I do have but only for a few seconds. It's funny how that voice makes you feel like it's summer again ;).

Maybe you haven't directly recorded but it's playing when you filmed a shot from in or on the midway next to the station? Any ideas?

You missed a few lines and mixed up the ending. I recorded it on my cell phone, but there's no way of getting it off of it. Here's the entire thing below:

"Welcome to Top Thrill Dragster! For your safety and the safety of other riders listen carefully to these instructions. Remain seated upright, with your head, back, and shoulders against the seatback, facing forward, with your seatbelt tightly fastened, and your arms and legs inside the train at all times. Glasses must be secured or completely strapped around the back of the head to ensure they do not fall off, while riding the ride. Hats and all other loose fitting personal items must be secured. Failure to follow posted safety rules and audio announcements may result in serious accident or injury. If you do not understand these instructions or need clarification, contact a ride host. After the Sunday, Sunday, Sunday thing. A shortened speil is played. Read below:

"When riding remember to remain seated upright with your head, back, and shoulders against the seatback facing forward with your seatbelt tightly fastened and your arms and legs inside the train at all times. Hold on to the grab bar until the ride comes to a complete stop. If your physical characteristics prevent the lapbar or seatbelt from functioning properly, or your head cannot be supported by the seatback, you will not be permitted to ride. You must be able to secure your own lapbar and seatbelt. Glasses must be secured by a tight-fitting strap around the back of the head to ensure they do not fall off while riding the ride."

And I too would like a recorded version of the speil. (my cell phone doesn't do sound good)

wow too much time on yer hands, that's all i got to say...i worked ttd all summer in '05 and didn't memorize that one.

I didn't memorize, I was standing in line for the front seat and brought out my cell phone and made a voice recording of it. I also recorded the sound of the hydraulic motor when it launches just for fun. You can make out the first second of it, then it gets so loud and screechy you have to take the phone away from your ear. (I was standing to close)

This is my way of waiting patiently to get your job in 2007. :)

Walt's video of maXair's floor dropping and rising has its exit speil on it. That guys voice really makes you want to run to the car and drive to CP, but I think I'll just find an amusement park covered in snow. :(

If you really want to hear his voice this offseason... I believe it is also available at Castaway Bay.

Dragster has had the same spiels since it opened with one change this year in june that is when they took out are you ready for the tallest and fastest coaster on the planet. And we could no longer live the lie that she was the tallest and fastest.

I recorded it in May 2005. For some odd reason, the recording came in and out at a few spots leaving me guessing on what was said. It was at the exact two spots TTD2005 pointed out. Sorry.

LOL tis all cool my friends! I had a bad day at work and i needed some enjoyment.
1)Jealous of Gomez because i never recorded it.lol
2Clean up crew, not only was it my favorite ride, but i did have some help memorzing it when it would play..ehh.. roughly a few hundred times a day
3) and why haven't i figured out who Arms Down is? and lol i can't freakin wait to go back to dragster, it's only if they want me to..

That is okay because i am yet to figure out who you are TTD2005. Here is a clue I launched the last train of the year.

So since it still hasn't been answered, what is the death threat?

LOL haha That really doesn't help as cool as that is though. I left August 31st..soo. Um i am second to last on the crew shirt and i called kippy "my baby" lol.

I have the Sunday, Sunday... bit recorded and a quite bit of the speil afterwards.. It's my ringtone currently =).

Chris do you happen to have the whole theme of that sunday sunday theme? If you have it, send it to me PM I'd be interested in hearing it.

Alright, I have read this entire thing and I have no idea where you guys get the spiel recording at. . . where is it? I'm dieing to know and get my fingers on it!

Also, as your ring tone? how did you pull that off?
