Star Trek Experience

Does anyone know why the Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas is not included with the CF Maxx Pass ?

I would guess because it is a completely different type of attraction, and I'm sure they have a somewhat different clientele, so I'm sure they think they can charge more for it.
