I went to CP on tuesday and I noticed it was a little too crowded for a weekday(I waited about 45 minutes to get on corkscrew and Iron Dragon wait looked about 25 minutes)I was wondering if there was any big meetings or anything on tuesday.
BTW,at 4:00 officer said wait for MF was about 6 hours.
Millenicoaster :)
Why on earth would you wait that long for Corkscrew? I've waited that long for MF! And there's no way in hell MF had a line that long.
It hasn't reached over three hours with one train running!
Maybe some people really love Corkscrew.

It didn't. I was there also, and the lines were around a one hour average wait. Millennium Force waits (with AND without TTR) were around 1 1/2. I'm instigating that the lines were long due to the fact that the weather was near perfect. Sunny day with average temps and cool breeze. I waited in line for TTR tickets for about 20 minutes. Once in line, I waited 1 1/2 to ride The Force. To my surprise, I waited the same amount of time as opposed to obtaining the Ticket To Ride passes and having a shorter wait. Seems as though TTR is more obtuse than we may think....although ending at 4 is making it more acceptable. Lines earlier (before TTR) were around 2 hours for Millennium Force, while the back of the park was dead. (I walked onto Gemini 10 times in a row with no wait in the queue, OR station platform)

Opening day was a lot longer than 3 hours.
Who hasn't spun the wheel on Corkscrew which tells how long the wait is?...maybe just me...when I was little we changed it to a really long time and watched people not go on it. That’s what probably happen.

I was there the 11th to and i noticed how long the lines where i couldnt believe it the queue for disaster transport ended at the entrance door! And both Iron Dragon and Mine Ride queue where all busy it really made me mad too because
i wanted to ride those rides but i didnt want to wait for so long for such small rides. I thought it had to do with MF TTR thing or somthin. The only line that wasnt too long was Gemini and i ended up riding that 10 times that day!

this year:
Magnum Rides~3
Iron Dragon Rides~16
Gemini Rides~12
MF Rides~0 lol
I was there the 11th and all the lines were shorter than thought. The line for Millenuiom Forde never got over 2 hours whihc was right at four
I was there the 9th through the 11th. We ended up leaving earlier than planned on the 11th due to the unusually large crowds. It was silly. We've gone to CP every year during the same time in July since 1995 and this is the most crowded I've ever seen the Point. Like everyone else said, lines for rides that don't usually have lines were sitting at 45 mins or more. It had to be the weather. On the 10th, the rain scared everyone away and even Raptor had a 15 min wait by early evening. Oh well...
"I waited about 45 minutes to get on Corkscrew..."
Maybe there was a special meeting.

WHOO!
I went opening day and only waited two hours. The sign said two but was very wrong (I was timing intervals and counting breakdowns). The line has never reached over three hours.
