This might have been asked before I'm not sure I didn't find it when I searched. But, my question is, If space spiral got stuck and had to get people down off the ride, how would they do it? I think I remember someone saying they get off inside the structure. But, how exactly does it work?

As I recall, there's a ladder running down the inside of the structure; guests are taken down the ladder one at a time. And presumably treated quite well once on the ground.

Too much of a good thing...is wonderful.

If I remember, there is a hand crank. But it is very time consuming.
Sounds like something I want to do!!!

Ugh, at least on a coaster or the Sky Ride or something you'd have a breeze.

Speaking of space spiral, its been a while since I've been on it....did they ever get air conditioning in the cabin of that sweat box?
The last time I was on it in October there was no air condidtion and it was like 80 outside. It was very hot in there.

We bought a lifetime supply of pudding? How wasted were we last night?!
*Dude, Where's my car?*
It used to be air conditioned. That's why it has 'glass' windows instead of an open cabin!

If you want to call that junk glass...

They should do something about that plexi-glass. Every pano-photo I have has scratches and lines from it.
Why not replace some of the panels with screens? At least, there might be a breeze. Oh, and since I never see much of a line for Space Spiral, how about having more then one spin at top? Is that mechanically impossible?
