In the 2014 show the two songs used during that segment were "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and "#SELFIE" by The Chainsmokers.

Yes, self-absorbed egomaniacs. I know someone who puts selfie after selfie on her facebook page, same shot just different clothes and hair. All she wants are "Likes" and comments on how pretty and hot she is, over and over. Makes me gag.
