Evidently the Troika break area is to be moved.

I read it last night. I didn't read too much into it. Someone could be pulling our legs.

I know that the break area is back in the woods behind Troika and Chaos. There is a fence and a path there. You can get a great look rounding the last corner of Paddlewheel Excursions. There is a shelter, pop machine and candy machine. PWE will still be there next year. This ride can go around it, but will require relocation/moving for Troika and Chaos IMO.

Which webcam are we talking about?

Identical orange dots can be found running from the Frontier Town first aid station toward Wave Swinger.

I wouldn't count on the orange dots being any sort of hint of a layout. Power/water/sewer lines maybe.

The closest I'll ever get to riding a B&M Flyer is looking down while on Raptor... :(

I wouldnt count the orange dots in for being part of something for the new ride. I've seen them before and that was in years where they werent getting rides the next season.
