some interesting things

i was looking through some pics of the construction and have some questions on what some of these things are. first, i looked at this pic and thought that it was maybe for the station, but then i noticed the hydrolic jacks. any ideas?

i found these footers interesting too. the are obviously not for the launch and dont fit the mold for overbanked turn footers so what could they be for?

does anyone know what this invoice says?

The first picture is of the arms of Chaos. And no, I can't see through rain, so I can't tell what the invoice says.
Aren't those arms from Troika in the first picture you asked about!

Your first picture is of one of the lifting arms on Troika. They started painting them last week. As for the footer or the invoice, I dont know?
That hydraulic arm is from troika when they painted it im guessing it is going to stay here and not be shipped off to Michigan like originally reported if they are painting it here and i dont think cp would never like to get rid of too many rides cuz part of ther theme is 15 roller coasters and 68 or 69 rides whatever it is
I'd like some of that tape they used on the invoice. ;)

Speaking of interesting things, I can confirm that the tower will at least double from its current height. How do I know this? There are currently three catwalks mounted on the tower, all evenly spaced from each other. On Friday, I noticed there were at least three more preassembled in the construction site, and possibly a fourth, but I couldn't see. Three existing catwalks + three yet to be placed = double the height of the tower.

Yes that could be true, but how do you know that all of the catwalks will go on this one tower?
Yes that is also true, but there is no proof that it is a L-TH-B. There is a lot of evidence that shows this, but there is also a lot of evidence that points away from a L-TH-B.

You're right, the catwalks could go on another tower, but as of now, there is absolutely no evedence to prove that there will be another tower. It seems that all those yellow colums stashed in the corner there are only for the existing tower, and the catwalks would be included.

all the footers line up in 2 perfect lines

Guess who's back....back again ;)

They're not done pouring footers, there will be more. They could or could not be in these straight lines. Only time will tell.
Hey Dan, my pic looks great. And I get my own collection!

Big D, you may have a point. However, it should be noted that there will need to be two long straightaways no matter how long the ride is. The launch is going to take up a long stretch, and the other side is going to have to have a VERY LARGE pullout, otherwise the g's would be sick. After that, it could go either way, over the midway, or towards the lagoons. I'm not saying either way, but it isn't like you know for sure, and it isn't like there isn't any other room around that coaster to put additional track.

As soon as I saw those I was thinking that I want them. lol.

I've read some posts on other threads that said not all the parts needed for the ride are at the construction site yet, and I must agree. They only have the parts they need for immediate construction out in that lot b/c it is still in use by park-goers on the weekends. It just occured to me that we will probably see a lot more parts out in that lot shortly after the park closes for the season. If so, we can only hope that someone can snap some photos of an expanded parts presence, and that would really clue us in as to what the complete ride will be like (assuming CP hasn't announced what the ride is by then)!
this is to the people that went to cedar point this past weekend did any one else notice that the after the pull out the supports just jump up i can't tell if they are perfectly even but i may guess that a vertical loop could go there.
If I could somehow write the sound that gameshows make when you get an answer wrong I would do that here. Thanks for playing.

like i said it was a guess geez but with the supports i was correct
People guess on gameshows too. Sometimes they are wrong. That doesn't make them bad people. This topic about uneven supports has been discussed and solved many times on this very forum. Look around first.
