Hi there... we're headed to Kalahari and I'd like to stop at Cedar Point for a few hours on our way home. My son and I are the only ones with passes so my husband was thinking of dropping us off and working while we have some fun at the park for a couple hours. Do you know of any solid wifi around Cedar Point? He looked up the McDonald's on the causeway and that has it, but I was thinking that something else might be a little more comfortable and closer... the Breakers lobby perhaps? Thanks in advance!!!

The Breakers lobby would be a good choice, though keep in mind that it isn't air conditioned.

Doesn't Starbucks have free wifi? I'm pretty sure they had wifi when it was DonutTime.

Is there a Starbucks outside of the park? My husband doesn't have a pass so he will not be joining us (which is why he will work while we play) lol

There's a Panera Bread on US-250/Milan Rd. that has free Wi-Fi. Looks like there's a Starbucks down there as well.

As for on the island outside of the park... Not sure you'll find much better than Breakers' lobby, but again no AC.

If the main lobby is too warm, go to the Breakers East lobby, by the hotel conference center. That is air conditioned and has some comfortable furniture.

Beaches and Cream? Fridays? I don't know if the wifi works there, but they should be air conditioned.
If the trip is soon, it won't be an issue anyway.

Shoot it just occurred to me that it is probably not free wifi at the breakers unless you are a guest?

No, WiFi was free to everyone, there was not a special guest only login.

Anyone can get the free service and can pay for a faster connection. As you can imagine, bandwidth can be spotty.

Well the weather was too nice to just go for a few hours and my husband ended up joining us :) We took advantage of the $39.99 rate (bring a friend if you have a seasons pass) and had a great day. I posted a trip report under that section.

Thanks again for the info!
