The family and i will be going to cedar point for the first time this sun.-wed. and we will be doing soak city one day i see you can rent a cabana and was wondering if anyone can comment on them are they worth the money how was the service ect.
thanks,
Bob
I was happy with the ones at Michigans Adventure. The ones at Soak City offer more than Michigans Adventure but they are nice to just go to and get away from the crowd and leave things in there. ie inner tubes, towels, shoes. I was happy..
RIP MR.SCOTT The ONLY MAYOR OF LIGHTHOUSE
I think they serve adult beverages at the Soak City cabanas, which I believe is different from the cabanas at Michigan's Adventure.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Well, Michigan's Adventure doesn't serve adult beverages period. The cabana's can also be good if you have kids. Then you always have an easy to find meeting place.

John
Well worth the money. Especially on a busy day. Which with the hot temps lately, everyday is a busy day. Its a good deal, Id go for it if I were you.
We got one a couple of years ago, and liked it. If you're going to spend the day there, they are a nice luxurious splurge.
A cabana or cabaƱa is a small hut built with a thatched roof, most commonly built in tropical climates near bodies of water.
Well, they don't have the thatched roof:), but they are not really portable tents either. You can see a small picture from theSoak Citywebsite. They are nice tents. The website says they only have 14 but they built a lot more on the east side of the wave pool this year. They fill up just about everyday. So get one as soon as you get there or make a reservation.
